Every human activity uses energy. Smart energy use that minimizes consumption of fossil fuels is the heart of sustainable design and the key to slowing global warming. We focus on building and transportation energy - saving initiatives.
Our work has two thrusts:
• We develop sustainable design strategies and plans for facilities and transportation systems incorporating renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies.
• We create communications, outreach and education programs and media that support many of these energy saving strategies.
